We have developed a bespoke APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAM that will enable nurses to learn through on the job training. They will be employed by the hospital and be mentored by seasoned professionals, while undergoing daily IELTS/OET, CBT, and OSCE training to prepare them for work in the UK.

Train in the Philippines and Work in United Kingdom
The Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC), the regulator for all nurses and midwives in the UK, previously required a year’s working experience before candidates could join their register. The NMC has now removed this requirement, however, most NHS hospitals in the UK would still prefer to hire candidates with some experience. This is why the apprenticeship program would be the best step forward for any Filipino nurse seeking to work in the UK.

Candidates will be employed and paid a salary while preparing to pass the IELTS/OET, CBT and OSCE. They will be apprenticed by seasoned medical professionals, and gain insight and skills through on the job training. We do not offer what we have not tried and tested, and we believe that working on the floor with other nurses, finishing tasks, and connecting with patients and mentors will be the best way to gain nursing training and experience.
The only services available in the Philippines right now are IELTS and CBT training. There is no OSCE training provider. We aim to provide this unique service in the Philippines through RO Diagan Hospital. We will set up our own training center and system, protecting our trademark and intellectual property accordingly. Our success rate in the UK for our OSCE training has reached 100% over the past 12 months. Only the top talents will be trained to deliver our bespoke program.

This is only open to Filipino nurses currently residing in the Philippines. The training will take place in RO Diagan Cooperative Hospital in General Santos City. Our team and business is expanding, so we may add other international locations in the future.
